The next meeting of the Austin Celiac Support Association (Austin, TX) is
scheduled for April 17, 2002 at 7 p.m.  The meeting will be held at
Tarrytown United Methodist Church, 2601 Exposition Blvd., room 208.

Our topic for the meeting is a recipe exchange for make-ahead meals.  These
are meals for nights there is no time to cook.  Preferably they can be made
a day or two in advance.  Or, they could be meals that freeze well.  Please
bring your ideas.  Feel free to bring as many ideas as you like.  And,
bring 25 copies of your ideas to exchange. If your ideas contain a recipe
from a cookbook, instead of a copy of the recipe please bring a handout
describing your meal and a reference (cookbook name, author, and page
number) for the recipe.  Please do not copy a recipe without the author's
permission. If any of the ideas you are exchanging contain an original
recipe, you are free to include the full recipe.

Please bring a gluten free snack to share.  It is important that included
with each snack is a listing of ingredients.  Some of our members need to
avoid more than just gluten.  If the recipe is either original or has been
changed at least 3 times, please bring the recipe.  We can publish these
recipes in the recipe exchange section of our monthly newsletter.
