My parents visiting from Australia brought me some boxes of Massel Ultracube vegetable stock.
It is labeled Gluten free.  In the nutrition information it says "Gluten per 100 ml. - NIL"
Sounds good -- BUT under the ingredients it says "Vegetable Protein Extract (Wheat Derived)".

I'm confused about this product. 

Anyone know about this apparent contradiction?

Thoughts?
