A note in today's Albuquerque Journal Business news:

"Paisano's Italian Restaurant has introduced a new gluten-free menu for
people who have celiac disease. Owner Rick Camuglia, who found he had
the disease four years ago, said he offers 20 wheat-free items from
calamari to pasta to pizza. The restaurant is at 1935 Eubank NE and the
phone number is 298-7541."

Hooray! Even though Albuquerque is 3 hours away, it is kinda the center
of everything that happens in NM. I'm looking forward to the next
excuse I have to go up there.
