Recently, I posted about the 123 Gluten Free brand buttermilk biscuit mix
that I tried for the first time. A lot of people seemed to like the mix and
most already knew about it, but I thought people might be interested in the
dumplings I recently made with it. After making the biscuits, I remembered
that dumpling dough is basically the same as biscuit dough, so I decided to
make GF chicken and dumplings - they turned out great!

I'd love to hear if people have other suggestions for using store bought
mixes for recipes other than what's on the box!

Thanks,
Steve
