I recently bought a package of Xanthan Gum and on the package was a
recipe for Norwegian Lefse.  Does any one have that recipe?  If so could
you tell me the company so I could contact them and get the recipe
again.  I am part Norwegian and so miss having Lefse at Christmas time.
I lost the recipe i had, perhaps the the garbage.  And the store doesn't
have it anymore.  :(
