Dear Folks -

I have noticed I sometimes react to cotton seed oil in various products.
Unfortunately, I am allergic to not just wheat, but soy and corn, besides
being severely lactose intolerant. I find my snack food options especially
sparse, as a result, and have turned to Utz chips and canned oysters in
cotton seed oil, which seem to bring out DH. (I used to eat Japanese rice
crackers, but the manufacturer has added lecithin, so the soy source is now
of concern.)

I now resort to baked potatoes with extra virgin olive oil, for snacks with
red wine, usually.

Any suggestions?
