Hi, thanks to everyone who responded to my post.  I didn't get an actual recipe but a lot of people told me to substitute gf flour for a favorite recipe for muffins.  They also recommended Bobs gf muffin mix, King Arthur, Pamela.  I was also given several sites to check into to, probably have already done that.  After posting my message I used a simple recipe for Cranberry Nut Muffins, my daughter seemed to enjoy them.  We went out for Thai last night and she had two muffins before.
