Hello.

I live in Sweden and just like in the UK and in Finland we use wheat starch
based glutenfree products but you can also find glutenfree products that are
not based on wheat starch. Most Swedish coeliacs use the wheat starch
products but there are a few coeliacs that don't feel totally recovered
after say a year on wheat starch products and they choose to use non wheat
starch products.
