To Those Interested,

Recently I posted a concern regarding the capsule contents of Natren's
proboitic product, "Healthy Trinity."  Here is the relevant part of the
response I received from Nancy Jensen of Natren:

"There is no gluten in Healthy Trinity.  We have never advertised, nor
stated that we have a 'gluten free wheat starch' in our products.  Healthy
Trinity capsules are made of gelatin."

The balance of her response listed the bacteria counts of the contents,
comments about company standards, etc.  If anyone is interested in this
information, I will gladly forward her entire response to you.  For your
information, the Natren customer service # is 800-992-3323.

Technically, Ms. Natren was correct.  My mistake, albeit a small one.
What they did advertise was "This product's soft outer capsule made from
vegetable gum (agar agar), bean protein, and gluten free whole grain
wheat."

I sent a second e-mail to Ms. Jensen regarding the above. She replied,
contending that no such ingredients were ever listed. Very strange and
frankly, I personally don't know how to interpret all this.  I know for a
fact that they did advertise as I indicated.  In fact, I broached a
discussion about this two months ago on the Abigail Neuman forum, when I
originally researched the product for my own use.  The topic became relevant
again for me when I recently revisited the Natren website and noticed that
they had redesigned it, no longer listing any ingredients for the capsule.

To be fair, those (4) who e-mailed me in reference to my original post
stated that they found the product to be beneficial.
