Hi all,

Humble apologies for the tardiness of the reply to the list regarding
'cheese'.

After many replies, and thanks to those that took the time, I have
summarised the information as follows:

1. Blue Cheese/Blue Vein cheese is definitely suspect due to the moulding
agent (bread) used, as well may be Camembert/Brie type varieties as the skin
on these types may be suspect (best to check the label!).
2. Most solid types (and unflavoured) such as Cheddar, Edam etc appear to be
safe and GF.
3. Of the many varieties of Flavoured/Fruit type cheeses, the response was
mixed but the general feeling was be wary and read the label. If in doubt,
don't use it.

The general feeling was that as with any other type of food, best to check.
Nothing earth shattering but it would appear that a healthy dose of common
sense (and experience) will go a long way.

Regards, and thanks for your patience
