Hi List Mates,
It can be so very difficult to find information that is accurate online. I
am
a librarian and wanted to pass along this internet research tip that I
share with clients that is simple and effective for those of us who may not
be as internet savvy as others.

In Google search, type the term or terms you'd like to research, for
instance, "refractory sprue"

Hit enter to get your results

Now, go to the box at the top of your pageat the right hand
corner under the "Search", point to "Advanced Search" and hit enter

To to the bottom of the page to this box: Search within a site or domain:
Type in a domain: .gov
OR
.edu
and hit enter

This will help limit your search to unbiased scientific research-based (as
opposed to commercial -- sites that are designed to sell you
something.)
**Note: .org domain is not always a non-commercial choice
anymore.

You can also use this Google search tool within a huge website (like
PubMed which is the U.S. National Library of Medicine, National
Institutes of Health) by entering their website,
www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/
in that same box

I'm not endorsing Google search, but it can be an easier search tool
for the average person using these giant databases.

It can be so very difficult to find information that is accurate online.
I hope this is helpful.

Good luck,
Chuff
