 For Marilyn:
I have tried many gluten-free pastas (I'm half Italian), any kind I could
find on the shelves of health food stores and have settled on Pastariso
Products, Inc. brand.
Made in Canada it carries an approval by the Canadian Celiac Asso.

The Gluten-Free Pantry carries 9 different types of Pastariso pasta including
my favorite "spinach fettucine." Miss Roben's also carries some. Both can
be mail ordered from these companies. Some health food stores in our areas
sometimes have one or two types on their shelves.

Enjoy. Claire in Massachusetts
