I too have a son who is ADD and was recently diagnosed as wheat sensitive.
 He too has "elephant poops" which if I understand you mean that it seems
impossible they come out of that little body.  He has been gluten free for
about three weeks now and I am hoping that some of the ADD symptoms might
clear up.  Are you aware of any relationship between the two?
