Other than some Roquefort and Blue Cheeses, are there any others that 
can be a gluten risk in their natural, unprocessed state by virtue of 
the culture used?
I have recently tried and liked Havarti from Denmark which the package 
says is "internally ripened" whatever that means. I'll summarize.  Thanks
