I just called Delta and complained about the fact that they don't know
what gluten free meals are. I was told I was the first person in 15
years to complain.I therefore suggest that we the Celiac community
bombard them with phone calls to get their act together and find out
what g. f. means. The toll free no. is 1-800-221-1212 . Ask for
customer relations and tell them loud, clear, and often. If other
airlines can do it why can't they?
