Is there any liklihood in the following scenario.

Someone has celaic symptoms (fatigue, GI, etc.) & goes on a gluten free
diet and the symptoms go away. However, they actually are not celaic but
instead have bacterial overgrowth. Further that the bact. growth could
go away with treatment. So the question turns on if baterial overgrowth
can have celaic type symptoms and respond to a gluten free diet.

Thank you. Please be Merry.
