The Food Allergy Network is a wonderful organization that acts as an
excellent liasion between the consumer and many of the major food
companies in the US.
 
One of their greatest service is product alerts that are funded by the
producing company of a product.  These alerts are critical for those with
serve allergies, i.e. shellfish, peanuts, etc.  The change last year in
Pringles Potato Chips to announce the addition of wheat starch was
distributed this way.
 
They now have a WEB site on the Internet for these alerts and other
