I just tried a new break mix and it was delicious. I have yet to make
bread that tastes like regular bread. I have no affiliation with this
business, but just had to pass this information on. The mix is called
"Mona's" and it's the best I've tried. She also makes a bunch of other
mixes. She's out of Woodinville, WA, but carries products in different
stores and I believe will ship.

Check it out at:

I bought the honey bread mix. Good stuff!!!

Thanks,
Alicia in Bothell, WA
