Folks- We will have our next meeting Dec. 14, Saturday from 1-4 at the
University Medical Center Clinic building, Bluestem Room, accross from the
cafeteria. Our guest speaker will be Dr. Edwin Schafer, our chapter medical
advisor. Bring a gluten-free food to share, and the recipe. We will also
share sample foods from Energy Foods.(They were so generous with their
supply of sample foods, I shared some with the Lincoln Star chapter last
Saturday, as I was an invited guest to their meeting).
        I hope to see you folks there if you're in the Omaha area. I will also
be showing the 3 minute video tape of the Dallas news segment viewed in
