Had dinner last night at my fav, O'Lunney's in Times Square and got a
chance to talk to the owner. I passed on the kudos that have shown up
in our emails. He related several stories, including one family from DC
with 2 newly diagnosed children. In chatting, we came up with the idea
of indicating ON THE MENU, probably with an asterisk, the dishes that
are gf. Isn't that a great idea to pass along to your fav restaurant?
It can be hand done, with a little "*--gluten free" at the bottom of the
page. If all restaurants were encouraged to do this, how much easier
our lives would be!
