Hi all,

I'm looking for a good recipe for Mac & Cheese made from scratch.  
I've never been much of a M&C eater myself, but my 12-year old celiac  
son loves it. I've been using various boxed, but would like to make  
my own.

Any favorite recipes out there?

I will summarize my findings.
