Our 12 year old also has CD. Here are some lunch suggestions:

1. Rice bread sandwiches
2. Potato chips
3. Corn chips
4. Small tupper-ware type container with salad, small packet of GF dressing.
5. Small tupper-ware type container with rice and grated cheese.
6. Carrots, celery, etc.
7. Fresh fruits
8. 'Snack pack' type canned fruits with pull-off lid.
9. 'Snack pack' pudding, some are GF
10. GF candy bar
11. Left-overs from our GF meal the night before.
12. Canned olives
13. GF fruit leather
14. GF cookies
15. Rice crackers
