My Endomysial Antibody blood test came back very high.  My doc sent me to an
endocrinologist and he said that was why I had a goiter, tho my thyroid was
functioning perfectly.  The way he explained it is that sometimes the body
just "misfires" and therefore the swelling and that down the road I may or
may not develop thyroid problems.  This guy was a top specialist.
At the time I was having alot of tests, now it just dawned on me, isn't this
endomysial antibody test a test for gluten in the system???
