Just to let you know that the Lanctet has featured articles on Celiac
Disease research being done in Israel (two years ago). Also I have several
members who are Jewish in my group here in Rhode Island. So I guess we can
assume that celiac disease hits many ethnic groups.  My own personal theory
is that we have upped our carbohydrate intake so much due to the "natural
foods" fad, that we have caused this problem. But what do I know. Also
there is a book out called SUPERNUTRITION FOR WOMEN(I think that is the
title) and the author writes about gluten intolerance and says just about
the same thing. Too much of a good thing may not be so good!!
