s: long beach island, nj

we just spent a week on long beach island -- didn't leave the island once! we 
brought some food with us, then stopped at shop-rite on 72 (on the way). there 
are some grocery stores (acme) and other smaller ones on the island -- so no 
need to go too crazy beforehand. 


restaurant-wise, we went a couple of times to greenhouse cafe in surf city -- 
very accommodating. we didn't eat pizza there, however, because we were told 
they cooked it in same oven as non-gluten free pizza (with no foil or anything). 
but we ate all other kinds of gfree stuff there. 


we did eat gfree pizza at panzano's in beach haven -- just make sure that you 
ask that they scrub clean the individual pans the pizzas are cooked in.
