Fish sauce is a dark brown watery liquid that adds the flavor of salt to
your food. However, I'm not sure what it is made of other than fish. I
had a friend from Thailand that used it in her cooking. Use it sparingly.
You can get it in the Asian section of the supermarket or probably an
Asian market.
