I was searching to see if any gluten-free foods can be found at the
Whole Foods website http://www.wholefoods.com (it's a health food store
in the states) since the store's a bit far from my home and came across
an article about wheat intolerance and a sidebar about Celiac Disease.
I thought some might be interested.

It's a reprint from Sully's Living Without Magazine (Spring 1999).
