The Gluten Intolerance Group - 2006 GIG Annual Education Conference, June 
8-11, 2006 in Salt Lake City, UT

You have one week to get the Early Registration rate for attending this 
conference. After May 20, 2006, registration fees increase. Get your registration

This is a family event and all are welcome.

Children: Age related programs for children 5 through 15.
Kids will Travel the World Learning about Celiac Disease in other countries 
in an interactive GIG Kids Day Camp Program. They will visit Ireland, Italy, 
Canada, France, and Japan. Working with Chef Aaron and Trick or Treating the 
exhibitors are two highlights for the Kids Day Camp Program as well as a Pizza 
Party on Saturday Evening.
Childcare is available for children under 5 years old.

Adults:
Friday - it is all about food! There will be lectures on labeling, the 
gluten-free diet, dining out while traveling and gluten-free meal planning on a 
budget as well as cooking demonstrations using whole grains, tea party treats and 
cooking naturally gluten free. Friday evening is Dining Out with Friends at 
fabulous restaurants in Salt Lake City. You and your family will have an 
opportunity to go as a group with new and familiar friends.

Saturday - learn about skin health and DH, the latest in CD research; modify 
a gluten-free diet for other health issues; coping with celiac disease; and 
the relationship between family and food. Saturday evening attend our Pennies 
from Heaven Dinner, a fund raising dinner with a live auction and plenty of fun.

Sunday - network in roundtable discussion groups, facilitated by physicians.

You may choose one day, two days or three days to have a great learning 
session from many cooking experts and medical experts as well as visiting the 
exhibit hall.

Exhibitors - are there Friday and Saturday. Visit the exhibit hall to find 
favorite products and new companies. Watch for fun activities with the 
exhibitors.

Leadership Training - leaders of GIG Branches, Partner groups and others will 
attend the second annual Leadership Training Day on Thursday. This highly 
successful, full-day program provides leaders with skills and information needed 
to serve their local area effectively. The day ends with Chef Aaron Flores 
moderating a Challenge of Smoke vs. Iron. Tim and Marcie Coda will host this fun 
and relaxing evening. Space is limited. Registration is required.

Registration rates are 15% lower than 2005. Registration is easy online at
