    The name of the distributor of the sweet potato flour
I use is the L & W Group, Inc., P.O. Box 14663, Fremont,
CA 94539.  For anyone who lives in the Sacramento, CA, area,
the one place I've found which carries this is the Asian
Food Center on Broadway, between 5th and 20th Streets (I
recognize it, but I don't know the address - and they're
not listed in the phone book under that name).  The cost
is $.75 for 8 ounces (1 1/2 cups).

    I've also bought a different brand of sweet potato flour
in the past, but I've never found it again.  If I do find the
name of another distributor, I'll pass it along.
