Hi,

Have a question from a member of my support group.  Her doctor wants to do a
biopsy on her but she needs to reintroduce gluten to her diet for a time
before he can do it.  She is afraid since her reactions are swelling of
throat, diarrhea, etc.  We have read in Bette Hagman's latest cookbook about
a rectal challenge that is available.  Does anyone know if there is a doctor
in Maine who would be able to do this test?  Or maybe one in Massachusetts.
