I have tried to explain to my 3 year old granddaughter that what she is eating makes me have a tummy ache. I dont think she is getting it. She always offers.

This list of gf foods will help me a lot to have on hand for my grandkids,thank you!

Just need some more help on explainign to my grandchild why I am not able to eat some of her foods.
