A GF CULINARY PRODUCTIONS SPECIAL EVENTS ANNOUNCEMENT:

Greetings Fellow Listmates,

THE ART & SCIENCE OF GLUTEN-FREE GASTRONOMY™ 2007 Lecture Series presents
SOME LIKE IT DECADENT on TUESDAY, OCTOBER, 9 in Denver, Colorado, the tenth
of eleven gluten-free culinary lectures and demonstrations in the 2007
series featuring award-winning chefs, cookbook authors, and industry
experts.

A Sneak Preview…

For those who enjoy indulging the palate and soul with chocolate, “Some Like
It Decadent” will present gluten-free chocolate creations that pamper,
inspire, and satisfy.

Pastry Chef Ed Dimmer of Rheinlander Bakery (Arvada, CO) will take you on a
journey into the world of chocolate where its sumptuousness and baking
versatility will surely delight you. Chef Dimmer will reveal the art of
making TRADITIONAL CHOCOLATE GANACHE, a simple recipe that will serve many
of your gluten-free baking needs (or shall we say desires!) at home. From
icing for cakes and desserts to chocolate liqueur and truffles, this special
recipe with variations on a theme will inspire your culinary creativity on
the home front. Tastings included!

And following Chef Dimmer, the lecture series welcomes culinary team
Executive Chef Dustin Rupoli and Pastry Chef David Zimmerman of the
award-winning Bloom Restaurant (Broomfield, CO) who will thrill your
tastebuds and chocolate-adoring soul with a demonstration and tasting of
their signature and decadently gluten-free version of a FLOURLESS CHOCOLATE
CAKE.

Gluten-free chocolate nirvana awaits you...

For online registration, please visit www.theglutenfreelifestyle.com and
click on the Art & Science Lecture Series icon or call 303-368-9990. Tickets
are $30 per person.

The Art & Science of Gluten-Free Gastronomy™ 2007 Season is proudly
sponsored in part by Bęte Noire Chocolates, Bob’s Red Mill Natural Foods,
Celia’s Gourmet, and P.F. Chang’s China Bistro.

Thomas Jefferson once said: “The superiority of chocolate, both for health
and nourishment, will soon give it the same preference over tea and coffee
in America which it has in Spain.” A visionary indeed!

We look forward to seeing you next week at the lecture series!

With best regards,
