I had sent an email to the following company as I noticed one of their candy bars at a local Scheels store. Looked good, ingredients looked good, however called to 'make sure' there wasn't a risk of Cross contamination,,,,the following is the reply I received,,,,

Diane, in todays age much of the food industries machinery is used for multiple products. We state that our product is produced on machinery that also produces other products. If you have any concerns to allergins our stance is to err on the side of caution regarding our product as it may have been run on machinery that has touched wheat.
Thank You for you concern and interest in our products. Whole Foods or another natual grocer for chocolate that is wheat and gluten free might be an alternative for you.
Thanks Again
Fall River Chocolate

Recently I visited a local Scheels store and noticed your chocolate bars.

Though the ingredients looked 'ok' my concern is with the following:

My husband and I have Celiac Disease that keeps us from eating Wheat/Rye/Oats/Barley. And cross contamintation will get us, too.

So, though the ingredients look ok, I was concerned about cross contamination.

Thanks for reading and responding to this email,

Sincerely
Diane Ebert
