Thank you all who have responded to the question of whether anyone knew of a
GF,Dairy free meal replacement that is also low carb. I don't know what I'd
do without all of you.

  Here are the responses:

Here's a shake I love. I got this from the diet book "Fat Flush Plan" by Ann
Louise Gittleman, which is great for celiacs because it concentrates on
gluten-free food.

1 cup fresh or frozen fruit (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, frozen
peaches, etc.
1 scoop protein powder (purchased at any health food store or GNC)
8 ounces of water or cranberry/water (described in book)
1 tablespoon of flaxseed oil (high omega-3 fat fighting and insulin
regulating)
1/4 teaspoon Stevia Plus (purchase in any health foods store - sugar
substitute
Place in blender for 2-3 minutes until creamy. Delicious.

I keep Hi-Honey bars for snack and emergency use. The number is 800-558-7745

I really like the Omega Smart Bars at www.omegasmartbar.com.

Look at Genisoy protein shake powder. GF and CF. We mix with soy/rice/a
lmond breeze, a banana and some ice cubes in a blender at high speed. Even my
husband likes them.

There is a company called Biogenesis that makes some that I think are
good, they are called UltraLean Gluco-Support Bars, and they come in
chocolate and spice flavors. They have no gluten, dairy, or soy, all of
which are issues for me. I haven't found any other brand.
This is the info on contents from their website, or see
http://www.bio-genesis.com
The only problem is, you can't buy direct from them, and I can't find
them on line. They usually sell through naturopathic doctors, etc. I
usually get them through Clark's Pharmacy, 15615 Bel-Red Road, Bellevue,
WA 98008, (425) 881-0222. They have an 800 number and ship, but I
don't know what it is, since they are local for me. The Biogenesis
folks might tell you if they have someone in your area who has them.

Atkins shakes and bars. Check their web site for gluten-free. Deliciously
Slim bars...check in health food store where they have protein bars ect. I
like the mint and brownie flavors best. I have to add for those who
are looking for stict GF that many Atkins' products that claim GF status do
have a small(within acceptable standard limits) amount of gluten. I have no
oppinion either way on this, but I felt a need to add this for those who are
interested.
