I am going to have some outpatient surgery in a few
weeks.  The surgeon was sure that anesthesia is
gluten-free.  But then he didn't know what gluten-free
meant and I had to explain it to him! Hmmm, not a
confidence builder.

Has someone had recent experience with this to guide
me toward information on GF or gluten (to avoid)
anesthesia?
