Hi Listmates,
I am recently (Aug 04) diagnosed and am coping with my new life as a celiac. I've done well so far with mixing up my own GF all purpose flour. I recently purchased some Goya Rice Flour at our Wal-Mart Supercenter. It was really inexpensive and I was happy to find something GF that wasn't pricey. Now I am wondering about cross contamination issues. Has anyone else used this and not had a reaction? Goya said that they do not run a dedicated line, so they couldn't guarantee it as safe, but it was highly unlikely that it was contaminated. I'd really appreciate some advice.

Thanks,
Susan
