I will be going on spring break on April 1st, flying American Airlines.  I
requested a gluten free meal and looked at the menu on their website.  Just
wondering if anyone had experience- good or bad- that they would like to share.  I
will definitely bring plenty of snacks for the flights, but I just wanted to
know what their reputation was as far as providing gluten free meals.
