Can anyone please tell me if Pamela's Products can be used interchangeably? I have several packages of the Amazing Bread Mix but I want to make Zucchini and Pumpkin Bread, both of which call for the Baking Mix online in the recipes. Does anyone know if using the Amazing Bread mix for these sweet breads will also work well? Thank you and will summarize.
