Thank you for your Email regarding the gluten free status on Chang's
products.

All Chang's Sauces listed below are gluten free (Corn starch is used)

Oyster Sauce
Thai Fish Sauce
Hoisin Sauce
Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce
Black Bean Sauce

Other Chang's products gluten free are:

Prawn Crackers (tapioca starch)
Chinese Vermicelli ( green bean starch)
Rice Vermicelli (rice flour)

We also do not spray any conveyor belts.
