Hi,
I have received quite a few messages saying you had difficulty to acceed the
lists.  Sorry about that.
Here are more thorough informations.  Hope it works.  Tell me if you can
open one of the 3 formats at least:

Begin by opening the site:
http://forums.delphiforums.com/celiac/start
Once you have loggin (it is free), you'll see an advertizing, click on "skip
this advertizing" or the such.  
Once you are into the site, go to the lists:  
http://forums.delphiforums.com/n/mb/message.asp?webtag=celiac&msg=56235.1
http://forums.delphiforums.com/n/mb/message.asp?webtag=celiac&msg=56228.1
http://forums.delphiforums.com/n/mb/message.asp?webtag=celiac&msg=56227.1

One is in PDF format, one in TXT files and one is in Word.  

Or, an other way:
Once at the "Start" page, click on "Gluten-Free Product Lists"
