Hello Everyone

I demonstrated a whole grain quinoa salad last week on our local NBC-TV
affiliate, KUSA-TV, Channel 9 and here is the link to the recipe:

This salad, sometimes called Tabbouleh, is a tasty way to get more whole
grains into your diet. I served it in little radicchio and butter-leaf
lettuce cups as a pretty, colorful side dish. Or, for appetizers you can
hollow out cucumber rounds and top them with a small mound of the salad. Or,
serve them in little endive spears.

The salad can be served at room temperature so it's perfect on a buffet
table and it can be made ahead and served the next day.

Enjoy and Happy Thanksgiving,

Culinary Best Wishes,

Carol Fenster, Ph.D.
