I just had to e-mail you all even though most of you won't be able to shop at Hy-Vee since it is only a Midwest store, BUT---

The Hy-Vee I usually go to began having a list of ALL foods in the store that were GF.

Then they started to have the list on their website, which is mainly their Hy-Vee brand foods, but still it is VERY helpful.

Just a minute ago they had a new commercial for the stores--and it said "we even have a list of gluten free foods available". YEAH!!!

I guess we just have take baby steps with companies/stores and sometimes, just like a baby, we stumble backwards a couple steps, but eventually I think we are going to take off running which will make all of our lives a lot easier to shop/eat!

Thanks again for all the great info we receive from this list!!
