The consensus was that both pictsweet and McKenzie's (by Con-agra)frozen
creamed corn are gluten free. I also recieved a reply from pictsweet that
said the food starch listed was cornstarch.

For the Buttermilk,  replies were Dean's, Saco powdered buttermilk, and
organic valley buttermilk. One person said that all buttermilk should be
gluten free.
