Some of you asked the brand names of the Plum Sauce and Hoisin Sauce that I
bring with me to Chinese restaurants.

They are Dynasty brand, distributed by JFC International Foods, P.O. Box
7251, San Francisco, CA 94120. Diane, the very nice woman who personally
developed both sauces, is familiar with celiac and assured me that both
sauces are GF (she said their caramel coloring comes from corn). These
products are available at Safeway and other supermarkets in America's biggest
cities and are also available by mail order.

(Lawyer's disclaimer: I merely relay what she told me; I have not personally
tested these products for the presence of gluten).
