I heard from a number of people.  All that were using it had no ill effects
and two people had checked with the manufacturer who said it was gf.  I used
some last night on fish and it was great.  Please reply to me privately if you
have successfully used it to make onion rings.  Not that I need them but I
haven't had any since diagnosis 2 years ago.
