A friend of mine has a son who was just diagnosed with Celiac along with
dairy and egg allergies. His 5th birthday is Friday and she asked if there
was any way I could help her bake a cake for him. I know how to do dairy
free but many of my recipes call for 3-4 eggs and everything I read about
egg substitutions is for 2 or less eggs. Can anyone give me some advice?
