Hi everyone and Happy Mother's Day!

The San Diego Ruth's Chris Steak House Chocolate Sin Cake is gluten free! They use butter in their pans so the cake doesn't stick. I would recommend to call your local restaurant to make sure they don't flour (lightly dust) the pan before baking the entirely gluten free cake, which would make a perfect gf cake into something we can't eat. This is the first time in 7 years at a restaurant that I didn't have to make my gf birthday cake.

If you ever have questions in San Diego call Chef Eric (619) 233-1422. He was very help!
