I found a non-commercial site with information about wheat grass.  These
intructions make it sound easy.  I like the idea of seven little pots of
wheat grass growing on my kitchen window sill.  If you harvest it yourself,
you can be 100% sure it's 100% GF.  This site does not recommend mixing it
in a blender.  It recommends eating it fresh, using a "mincer" [whatever
that is] or a special wheat grass juicer.  Very interesting site.
