I just got off the phone with IBC Root Beer.  I wanted to know if their Root Beer was GF.  My hubby bought it without checking the label and my son and I drank it.  My son said he felt like his throat was icky.  I had no reaction.  I am the sensitive one.  I checked the label.  UGH.  Modified Food Starch.  My son is also nursing a cold right now.  So, I called.  They were great and knowledgeable on the phone.  They asked me for the bar code and for my zip code.  YES....Gluten free.  I am guessing that it depends on where you are as to whether it is gluten free or not.  Call first.
