Hi! I was diagnosed with CD almost 3 years ago. I have found this list to
be invaluable, since I get no medical support!  This is my first post.
Both of my kids have been recently diagnosed with numerous food allergies,
including dairy, eggs, wheat,soy, among several others.  My 3 year old is
dying for chocolate.  I bought an ice cream maker, and the recipe for
chocolate ice cream calls for heavy whipping cream.  I can use Vance's
dairy free, royal pudding and sugar in the recipe, but I need a non-dairy
substitute for the heavy whipping cream.Any suggestions?  Does anyone make
gluten-free, dairy free ice cream?  I need recipes! Also, what is your
favorite chocolate cake recipe? One last question, does anyone know if
cocoa butter has any milk protein? Thanks so much in advance for all your
